BUYING YOUR PIXELS

If you're looking for pixels, you've come to the right place! We've got a million of them.

Pixels on GetaMillionHits.Net are available in 100 pixel 'blocks', with each block measuring 10 pixels across and 10 pixels down. The homepage is divided into 10,000 of these blocks. The reason for selling them in these blocks is because anything smaller than 10 pixels across and 10 pixels down would be too small to display.

Each 10x10 block costs GBP£50, equating to a cost of 50 pence per pixel. You can buy as many blocks of pixels as you like, as long as there are some available (see the live stats in the top right corner of the page). Please read all of the following Terms and Conditions before you purchase any pixels - especially those highlighted in blue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The minimum purchase is GBP£50 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever quantity of pixels is available.
• When you 'buy' GetaMilliioinHits.Net pixels you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
• You cannot change the image(s) or link(s) once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the images/ links you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 3 years.
• Any and all requests for image/ link changes must be made in writing and must be supported by documentary evidence detailing a strong reason for this change.
• GetaMillionHits.Net reserves the right to deny any requests for changes to a submission.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.
• GetaMillionHits.Net and its associated webpages will be online for at least 3 years from September 2005.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and GetaMillionHits.Net reserves the right to approve/ reject any image/ link submitted. If an image or link is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If an approved alternative is not available, any money paid will be refunded and the pixel position(s) will be made available to other users.
• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then such link will be removed until an approved alternative is provided. No refunds of any kind will be made whilst the link has been removed.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, this request may be granted, however, norefunds will be made and the space will be made available to other users.
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels). Images that are not sized accordingly will not be published on the website homepage.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go live on the website homepage.
• GetaMillionHits.Net reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for short periods of time due to server maintenance issues. All maintenance work and disruption to the service will be kept to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, GetaMillionHits.Net will endeavour to publish your images/ links within 24-48hrs.

Please read the following statement on paying with Paypal.

1. Attach your image as a GIF or JPEG (must be correct size for the pixels purchased)
   
2. State where you want your graphic to be placed on the homepage (eg. "50 blocks across, 30 blocks down"). Make sure you are certain, because this cannot be changed.
   
3. State which URL (website) you would like your graphic linked to (must begin with 'http://')
   
4. State what TITLE/ALT text you want for your image, max. 50 characters. TITLE/ALT text appears when people hover their cursor over your image.

The estimated time from ordering your pixels to appearing on the homepage: 24 - 48 hours.

It's still worth getting in the queue as early as you can, in order to reserve your spot on the homepage. Please note that all spaces on the homepage are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
